With over 20 years of diverse experience, Nikki Walker has excelled in roles from Vice President in PR on the east coast to Director of Global Brand Awareness for a multibillion-dollar wellness brand in Utah. Transitioning into tech, she served as the Director of Community Engagement and DEI at a large tech company emphasizing inclusivity and community connections.

In 2024, Nikki launched NWPR & Consulting, a communications and consulting agency anchored in culturally competent communications strategies after a seven year stint in corporate America. 2024 also added the title of bestselling author to her list of accomplishments as a co-author in the anthology ‘Awareness Put Me On’.

Beyond her career, Nikki actively contributes to her community by serving on multiple nonprofit boards in Utah and has been recognized for her achievements in Utah and beyond with awards including The Women Tech Council Change Catalyst award, Utah Business Magazine’s 30 Women to Watch, the W Collective’s 40 over 40 and a bronze Stevie in the category of Female Employee of the Year.
